Reviews of Hidden Scars
Bernice Ede, Director
The Pukiche Girl Child Foundation
We came in contact with Hidden Scars during the Covid-19 lockdown. Since then, it has been a wonderful journey partnering with Hidden Scars! Thank you so much for your support and love you have shown to us as we continue to work in the streets to restore the dignity and rights of the girl child and to bring about the Gender Equality in our world.

Hidden Scars has given me an opportunity to share my fears about my work. They have created the platform for me to meet people in my line of work and listening to their stories and how they handled their struggles has motivated me to know how to handle my challenges and the interaction has also fueled my passion to continue doing what I love doing best.

Hidden Scars is a vital space for grassroots organisations globally. This network has been extremely important during the Covid19 crisis, as many frontline activists were struggling financially and socially. Activism is a very lonely space majority of the time, however, Hidden Scars is breaking down that barrier of ensuring we are not alone in this battle. I love the Friday check-in calls the founder Bethel Tadesse has created for many activists including me.
